I’m Loren! Also known as LoLo.

I grew up in the theatre, where I was eternally surrounded by vivacious people, colorful lighting, and beautiful scenery. I feel like that explains a lot about not only my personality, but my style of photography as well.

When I was young, I tried to capture that world in polaroids and grainy pictures from my very on-trend Razr flip-phone. My love of photography never faded, even as my pictures did.

I like photographing people in the arts, doing the thing they love. But mostly, I just like people. I like attempting to convey their stories in the way I know how.

I’m a drama teacher, director, & actor when I’m not behind the lens. Which makes me an incredibly silly person, someone who’s always smiling and laughing! I love getting people to feel comfortable in front of the camera and will often ask you do things that will make us both laugh. I love to lip-sync to early 2000s bops and will totally dance as I take your pictures!
